first theme for modamutfak workshop is beads and borek, each invited participant is expected to do either of it or both. Basic ingredients and tools are provided such as phyllo pastry, cheese, spinach etc. and beads and threads.Participants are welcomed to bring other ingredients and tools if they want to.
ilk modamutfak atölyesinin teması boncuk ve börek olarak belirlendi ve her davetli katılımcının birini ya da ikisini birden yapmaları beklendi. Yufka, peynir, ıspanak ve boncuk, ip gibi temel malzemeler ve araçlar sağlandı. Bunun dışında katılımcılar getirmek istedikleri farklı malzemeleri getirdiler.
